Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The links are not live at the time of delivery.
- The links are removed within 30 days of delivery (covered by our 30-day live guarantee).
- You are not satisfied with the quality of the placement or publisher site within 14 days of delivery.
- The publisher site violates our published quality standards.
2. Non-Refundable Orders
Refunds are NOT available if:
- You failed to respond to our outreach email within 7 business days (order may be delayed but not refunded).
- The order was placed for a prohibited use (illegal content, spam, etc.).
- Your claim is submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
- You received the exact service ordered with live, active links as specified.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@linkspur.io with your order ID.
- Explain why you believe you're eligible for a refund.
- Provide any evidence (screenshots, URLs, etc.) to support your claim.
- We'll review your claim within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method (usually via LemonSqueezy). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Replacement Links
For our 30-day live guarantee, if a link is removed within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it with another link on a different publisher site at no charge. You do not need to request this — we'll proactively monitor and replace any removed links.
