3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are as follows and may vary:

• Guest Posts: 7–14 business days
• Niche Edits: 5–10 business days
• Homepage Links: 3–7 business days

4. Link Guarantees

We guarantee that all links will be live at the time of delivery. We also guarantee:

• 30-day live guarantee: If a guest post or niche edit link is removed within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no charge.
• Homepage links: Available for the rental period purchased. Month-to-month links are renewable and removable with 7 days' notice.

We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

By ordering, you confirm that:

• You are the owner or authorized representative of the website(s) receiving links.
• The website(s) do not contain illegal content, adult content, gambling, or pharmaceutical content (unless disclosed).
• You will respond to our initial outreach email within 7 business days. Failure to respond may result in delays and does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LinkSpur's services for:

• Websites promoting illegal activities
• Weapons, drugs, hacking, or malware distribution
• Spam or low-quality content farms
• Any purpose that violates publisher sites' terms of service

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these terms, with a full refund issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LinkSpur website is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. Guest post content written for your order becomes your property upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkSpur's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through binding arbitration if necessary.
